Perfect Pork Chops


The key to perfection in this recipe is generously oiling your pan! It gives the chops a nice crispy texture that makes you wanting to keep going back for more!

6-8 Boneless Pork Chops
2 cups Italian Style Bread Crumbs
2 eggs (beaten)
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Season both sides of chops with salt and pepper

Dip first into beaten eggs and then into the breadcrumbs

Bake for 15 minutes on one side

Flip chops over and bake another 10 minutes or until golden brown

Quick, easy and tasty!
